We sell the best custard. It comes in these flavors: vanilla, chocolate, flavor of the week and/or flavor of the day. With that custard, you can get scoops, whitsers, whitties, shakes, sundaes, floats and more!

WHITSERS
A Whitser is when you take all the custard and toppings and you blend them all together.
WHITTIES
You take two cookies, you put some custard in between and BAM - a whittie!
SHAKES
Take our custard, add some milk and mix in a few toppings and you have yourself a Whit's shake!
SUNDAES
Take a scoop or two of one of our flavors and add your favorite toppings on top!
FLOATS
Our vanilla custard mixed in with a soda of your choice - you know, whatever floats your boat.

Hear from the owner, Cindy Tocci, in her own words:
In January 2021, Whit's Frozen Custard opened in downtown DeLand within walking distance of Stetson University. Our sons, Dominic and Dante, were the first employees to be hired at Whit’s Frozen Custard of DeLand. As the owners lived out of state, I found myself stopping by the shop quite a bit, and with the investment of time given, the owners asked me to step into the role of store manager in the spring of 2021. Whit's had already become an extension of our home and a gathering place for our community friends. In 2022, the opportunity came to purchase Whit's DeLand and I took a leap of faith to purchase the business! I truly believe that Whit’s Frozen Custard of DeLand has THE BEST CUSTARD and that it has a greater purpose than profit. This business is an opportunity to enrich lives by providing jobs for students and young adults, and a friendly gathering place for DeLand residents and visitors alike! Our goal is to partner with schools, and other non-profit organizations by giving back through fundraising and serving others right in our hometown.
